Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Afrobeats artist, released his sixth studio album, “Love Damini,” at midnight on Friday.
The album contains 19 tracks and features artists such as Ed Sheeran, Victony, and Black Mambazo.
“Love Damini” follows his widely acclaimed 2020 album “Twice As Tall,” which won the Grammy for Best Global Music Album in 2021.
He was nominated for a Grammy Award in the World Music category in 2020 for his album “African Giant” but lost to “Celia,” an album by legendary Beninoise singer, Angélique Kidjo.
Burna Boy celebrated his 31st birthday on Saturday, with many of his fans online wishing him well.
