This summer, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has listed seven of his players for sale.
According to The Sun, the players were put on sale raise money for new legs in the squad.
After narrowly missing out on a return to Champions League football the previous season, Mikel Arteta is currently rebuilding the team in an effort to bolster Arsenal chances in the new season.
The Club invested over £160 million in new recruits, including Aaron Ramsdale and Ben White.
They came very close to finishing in the top four with the new-look club, but unfortunately lost out to North London rivals, Tottenham.
For a total of £83 million, Arsenal has already acquired players like Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira, Brazilian winger Marquinhos, and goalkeeper Matt Turner.
They are still in the running to pay £30 million to get Youri Tielemans from Leicester City.
The Sun now claims that the Arsenal are planning to offload up to seven players in order to raise money for additional deals.
Nicolas Pepe, who just set a club record for a signing, Bernd Leno, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Hector Bellerin, Lucas Torreira, Pablo Mari, and Reiss Nelson are among them.
According to the source, the club has not yet received any significant offers for the players on its transfer list.
