The All Progressives Congress (APC) national leadership has described the outburst of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu towards President Muhammadu Buhari as unacceptable.
Tinubu while on a visit to Ogun State in the course of the week narrated how he helped Buhari to power after failing on three occasions.
The former Lagos State governor and presidential aspirant of the APC also said it was his time to become the president of Nigeria because he assisted the current president into office.
Although Tinubu claimed in a release that the statements credited to him were not to ridicule or humiliate the president, the party has insisted that he would be punished for the outburst.
